On top of them you need to lay a layer of meat, and on top of it - coarsely grated cheese. The very last layer in this salad is made from corn. If desired, the sequence of layers can be slightly changed.

The finished salad is sent to the refrigerator, where it will soak for several hours. Already before serving to the festive table, it is decorated - parsley is laid out on the surface of the salad, as well as decorations in the form of carrot ribbons. You can also make a few drops of mayonnaise.

Required ingredients:

  • hard cheese – 130 g;
  • canned corn - 1 can;
  • champignons – 300 g;
  • ham – 250 g;
  • parsley – 1 bunch;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • olives – 4 pcs.;
  • sweet yellow pepper for decoration.

Cooking process:

Ham and champignons are cut into small pieces or in the form of strips. Moreover, champignons for salad must be taken canned or fresh, but in the latter case they are first boiled in slightly salted water. The cheese is grated on the coarsest grater, after which all the ingredients are combined in one container. First, all the liquid is drained from the can of corn, and then its contents are also added to the salad.

At the end, all that remains is to add the garlic, passed through a press and mayonnaise, to the resulting mass and mix everything.

Now the ring from the springform pan is placed on the plate, which needs to be placed on a large plate. A glass or just an empty jar is placed in the center. The salad will be laid out between them and compacted well. When ready, all auxiliary elements are removed, and the can is removed first and only then the outer ring.
