to avoid evaporation, particles of these substances on the skin, it is necessary to bypass a dangerous place from the opposite side from the direction of the wind;

immediately report an incident - on duty at the railway station (the head of the shift);

take measures to eliminate violations (according to the requirements of regulatory documents).

4.1.3. In case of detection of violation of the dimensions of loading or warehousing of goods on the railway tracks, the operator under the DSP should report on the railway station (the head of the shift) and agree with it further actions, if necessary, take measures to stop moving composition.

4.1.4. When suspicious items are found, it is necessary to isolate access to them and immediately report this on duty at the railway station (shift manager). It is forbidden to carry out any actions with a suspicious subject.

4.1.5. In the event of an unauthorized movement of wagons along the railway tracks, the PMP operator must immediately take measures in accordance with the regulations in emergency and non-standard situations in compliance with security requirements.

4.1.6. In the event of a situation that threatens the life of people or the safety of trains movement, the operator in the chipboard is obliged to submit a stop signal of the train or maneuver composition (if possible), immediately take measures to protect the dangerous location and report on the railway station (manager of the shift or railway station) as required regulatory documents.

4.1.7. The operator in the chipboard, discovered a break of wires or other elements of the contact network, as well as hanging out of them outsiders, must:

immediately take measures to fencing a dangerous place by any prisoners and report on this on duty at the railway station (the head of the shift, railway station);

before arriving a repair brigade, take measures to exclude access to anyone to the torn wire for a dangerous distance - closer than 8 m.

In case of hitting the "step-in voltage" zone, it is necessary to leave it, observing safety measures: to connect the feet of the legs together, not in a hurry, move with small steps, not exceeding the length of the foot, and, without pulling off the legs from the ground, leave the danger zone.

4.1.8. In the thunderstorm, to avoid lightning damage, it is not allowed to hide under the trees, leaning behind them, as well as approach lightning lines or high solitary items (pillars) for a distance less than 10 m, located on elevated places and open plains, keep or carry tools and other Metal objects. It is necessary to hide in closed rooms, and when they are removed from them - in small recesses on the slopes of hills or slopes (slopes) of embankments or recesses.

4.1.9. To prevent emergency situations, the operator under the DSP must comply with the trade, the technological process of the operation of the railway station, the requirements of this Instruction and regulatory documents of Russian Railways.

4.2. List of first aid activities:

1) Measures to assess the situation and ensure safe conditions for first aid:

determine the threatening factors for their own life and health and for the affected

eliminate (if possible) threatening factors for life and health,

stop (if possible) the action of damaging factors on the affected

assess the number of victims (if available),

extract victim from a vehicle or other hard-to-reach places (if possible),

transfer the victim to a safe place (if necessary);

2) call an ambulance care (if necessary, other special services, whose employees are required to provide first aid in accordance with the Federal Law);

3) determine the presence of consciousness in the victim;

4) Conduct activities to restore the resorts of the respiratory tract and determine the signs of life from the victim:

throw the head with the lifting of the chin,

put forward the lower jaw,

determine the presence of breathing with hearing, view and touch,

determine the presence of blood circulation, check the presence of a pulse on trunk arteries;

5) Conduct activities to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation before signs of life appear:

pressure with hands on the sternum of the victim;

artificial respiration "mouth to mouth";

artificial respiration "mouth to the nose";

artificial respiration using a device for artificial respiration;

6) carry out activities to maintain respiratory tract:

giving a stable lateral position

throwing the head with a chin lifting,

lower jaw extension;

7) Conduct events to review the victim and temporary stopping of outdoor bleeding:

panoramic examination of the victim for bleeding,

finger presses of the artery and the imposition of a harness; Maximum flexion of limb in the joint,

direct pressure on the wound and the imposition of the gulling bandage;

8) Conduct events for a detailed examination of victims in order to identify signs of injuries, poisoning and other states, threatening his life and health, and to firstote the first aid in case of identifying these states:

inspection of head, neck, chest, back, abdomen and pelvis, limbs,

overlay bandages in injuries of various body areas, including sealing when the injury injury,

conduct immobilization (with the help of remedies, using medical products),

fixation of the cervical spine (manually, remedies, using medical products),

cessation of the effects of hazardous chemicals on the affected (washing the stomach by taking water and causing vomiting, removing from a damaged surface and washing the damaged surface with running water),

local cooling in injuries, thermal burns and other effects of high temperatures or thermal radiation,

thermal insulation when frostbite and other effects of low temperature effects;

9) give the victim the optimal body position;

10) control the states of the victim (consciousness, breathing, blood circulation) and the provision of psychological support;

11) Transfer the victim to the victim of emergency medical care (if necessary, to other special services whose employees are required to provide first aid in accordance with the Federal Law).

4.3. Actions to first-informerable assistance to victims.

4.3.1. Assistance when stopping heart and respiration (resuscitation).

When stopping a heart and breathing, vital functions (heartbeat, breathing) are required to restore for 4 to 5 minutes.

To carry out resuscitation activities, it is necessary to lay the victim on a flat rigid surface, freeing the chest from clothes and conduct an indirect heart massage, artificial respiration.

The indirect heart massage is required to carry out palms, embedded one on the other, straight hands and sharp jesters, pressing the sternum with a frequency of 60 - 70 pressing per minute.

When carrying out artificial respiration, it is required to free the cavity of the mouth of the affected (gauze or handkerchief) from foreign bodies (blood clot, mucus, vomit, etc.), clamping the nose, grab the chin, to throw off the head of the victim and make a quick full exhale in the mouth (better through gauze or handkerchief). After two - three deep intakes in the mouth of the victim, it is necessary to produce 4 - 6 pressure in the chest area.

Resuscitation activities must be carried out before the arrival of medical personnel or before the appearance of the affected pulse and independent respiration.

4.3.2. Upon receipt of the injured mechanical injury, accompanied by bleeding, it is necessary to stop bleeding.

a) in arterial bleeding (scarlet blood flows out of the wound with a pulsating jet) it is required to press the artery (carotid, shoulder, femoral, etc.) with fingers or fist, impose a harness. Pressing the artery is carried out through clothing for a short period of time, followed by the imposition of a harness. The points of pressed arteries are located on the limbs - above the place of bleeding, and on the neck and head - below the wound or in the wound.

b) It is forbidden to impose harness on a naked body. Before applying a harness, you need to straighten clothes on the limb or to put the fabric without seams, take the harness, start it for the limb and stretch with the effort, make the turn around the limb above the wound, as close to it as much as possible. After pressing the first turn of the harness, it is necessary to make sure that there is no bleeding and putting the next round of the harness with a smaller force and fasten it - you can not drag the limb. Under the top loop of the harness is required to put a note about the time of its overlay (date, hour, minutes). Harness to the limb is allowed to impose no more than 1 hour. With long-term transportation (after 40 minutes, warm, after 30 minutes in the cold), it is necessary to gradually weaken the harness for a few minutes before the blood drops appear on the wound, and again tighten it somewhat higher or below the same place. To re-invest a note with the time of the re-imposition of the harness.

In the absence of a harness, you can use the belt (scarf, thick rope), spinning it with a stick with an effort to stop the bleeding. With the wrong imposition of the harness (the formation of the skin and edema of the limbs), it is necessary to immediately apply the harness again.

When the harness is applied to the neck, it is necessary to put the tampon on the wound (packing of the bandage, folded handkerchief), raise up the hand of the wound victim from the opposite side and impose harness so that the turn of the harness simultaneously swept the hand and neck, pressing the tampon on it.

When the harness is applied to the thigh, it is required to press the bandage packaging (rolled with a napkin) wound, on top of which to apply harness to the limb.

c) in venous bleeding (blood is darker than with arterial bleeding, flows out of the wound, continuous jet), it is necessary to lift the limb, impose a sterile napkin to the wipe, a gulling bandage.

d) With nasal bleeding, it is necessary to compress the wings of the nose, to attach a large cotton swab into the nose with a large cotton swab or folded in several layers of gauze (cloth), attach cold to the bridge.

e) when bleeding from internal organs (pallor of skin, general weakness, frequent pulse, shortness of breath, dizziness, a fainting condition) It is necessary to put the victim, create peace and put the cold on the stomach.

4.3.3. Assistance for the traumatic amputation of the limb.

Upon traumatic amputation of the limb (individual segments), it is necessary to impose a harness, a gulling gauze bandage, fix the limb using a tire or undergraduate means (if the hand is damaged, it is necessary to raise the brush above the heart level), to give an anesthetic agent, put the victim, to ensure peace and take measures To preserve an amputated segment. An amputated limb segment is required to be wrapped into a clean napkin (as sterile), package into a plastic bag, tighten and put ice (snow). Ensure the delivery of an amputated limb segment together with the victims in a specialized medical institution.

4.3.4. Assistance in wounds.

Protection of wounds from infection and contamination is achieved by imposing a dressing. When the dressing is applied, it is forbidden to remove foreign bodies from the wound, if they do not lie freely on its surface, rinse with water, poured alcohol and any other solutions to the wound (including green and iodine). It is necessary to draw a dressing with clean hands (treated alcohol or cologne). Protheses of the skin around the wound with alcohol (cologne), carrying out movements in the direction of the wound, lubricate the edges of the wound with iodine tincture, impose gauze napkins (as sterile), bandage the wound tight, considering that the bandage should not crash into the body and make the blood circulation.

a) When the abdomen penetrating injuries, it is necessary to close the wound with a marvel napkin (if possible sterile) and bandage stomach, but not too tight so as not to squeeze the insides.

b) When the chest injection is required, it is required to close the wipe (as sterile) with a thick layer of gauze and on top to fasten the material that does not transmit air.

c) when the eyes are wounded with sharp or stabbing objects, as well as damage to the eye with strong injury injuries should be sent to the medical institution. The victim is required to put in a horizontal position, cover your eyes with a clean napkin (nasal handkerchief), fix the napkin with a bandage, be sure to cover with the same bandage of the second eye (to stop the movement of the eyeballs), give an anesthetic agent. You can not rinse the crushing and cut wounds of the eyes and eyelids.

4.3.5. When a foreign body enters the eye, it is necessary to remove it with the tip of the handkerchief or rinse the eye of the jet of water directed from the outer angle of the eye to the nose, drip 3 - 4 drops of eye drops into the eye. If it is impossible to remove the foreign body, it is necessary to impose a bandage on both eyes. It is impossible to try to independently remove the scale from the eye, the metal chips.

4.3.6. Assistance for fractures.

When fractures, it is necessary to free the injured from the impact of traumatic factors, to give an anesthetic agent (with open fractures - to stop the bleeding and impose a bandage), fix the limb using tires or tires (board, plywood, etc.).

Tires apply to the damaged limb with the fixation of the joints below and above the fracture.

When the hip fractures, the victim need to give a horizontal position, put the tires on both sides of the limb (outside the tire is superimposed from the foot to the axillary depression), fix it tightly, evenly, but not tight. In the absence of a tire, the damaged leg is bandaged to a healthy limb, paving the soft material between them (rolled clothes, wool, foam, etc.). In the fractures of the bones of the upper extremities, it is necessary to fix the hand in the bent position, feeding to the body (under the clothing).

4.3.7. Assistance in injury to the head.

When injurous heads, it is necessary to put the victims of the stomach and turn the head on the other side with which there is more liquid. If there are wounds - impose a bandage on your head, attach cold, to ensure rest, make heat to the legs, limit the reception of the injured fluid. It is required to monitor the pulse and breathing before the arrival of the doctor, with the disappearance of the pulse and respiration - to proceed to resuscitation.

4.3.8. Assistance when attaching the limb.

When pressed the limb, it is required before its release (if the finiteness is crushed for more than 15 minutes) to put ice packages (snow, cold water), give an anesthetic, rich warm drinking, impose on the graduated limb to harness above the pressing site. It is impossible to free the compressed limb before the imposition of the harness and the reception of the victim of a large amount of fluid, warm the grateful limb. If it is impossible to impose a harness before the release of the graduated limb, it is necessary to impose a harness after exemption from presidation, tightly bandaged damaged limbs, attach cold, give abundant warm drink.

4.3.9. Assistance in damage to bones.

In case of damage to the bones of the pelvis and hip joints, it is necessary to ensure the victim full of peace, under the knees to put a roller from the clothes, cover from the cold, remove blood and nasal blood, mucus.

When the spine fractures, it is necessary to provide complete peace in the lying position on the back, on the hard shield.

With fractures of the bones of the pelvis, the thighs, the spine is not removed from the injured clothes, do not allow him to move.

When dislocate, it is necessary to fix the limb in a stationary state, when tensile, the ligaments are required to put the tight dressing on the place and attach a cold.

With small wounds and abrasions, the skin around them is treated with an alcoholic solution of iodine, impose a bactericidal adhesive plate or a bandage bandage.

4.3.10. Assistance for burns.

a) thermal burns.

With the first degree burns without disrupting the integrity of the burn bubbles, it is necessary to substitute a burnt part of the body under the rush of cold water for 10 to 15 minutes or attach cold for 20 to 30 minutes. It is impossible to lubricate the burned surface.

With the second degree burns (bubbles filled with liquid are formed), it is necessary to impose on the burnt seat of the victim sterile bandage, to attach cold. You can not rip off with burnt leather remnants of clothes, rinse the burn surface, sprinkle, lubricate with something, binting, put the plaster, open the burn bubbles, peel the skin.

In severe burns, it is necessary to impose a sterile bandage to the burned place, put the cold and immediately send the victim to the medical institution.

When the eye burns with a flame, ferry, water, oils, flammable mixtures, it is necessary to wash the eyes under the jet of cold water, give the affected by the painkillers.

b) with a chemical burn (the impact of acid, alkali, solvent, etc.) is required to immediately remove clothing impregnated with a chemical substance, rinsely rinse the burn surface under the cold water jets, give the victim abundant drinking with small portions (cold water, drinking soda solutions or Salts - 1 teaspoon per 1 liter of water). It is impossible to use solutions of acids and alkalis for neutralizing the chemical agent on the skin of the victim.

When phosphorous burns (on the skin phosphorus flashes and causes a double burn: chemical and thermal), it is necessary to immediately rinse the burnt seat under the jet of cold water 10 - 15 minutes, with the help of any object to remove the pieces of phosphorus, impose a bandage.

In case of burns, it is necessary to remove lime with a piece of dry tissue, treat the burn surface with vegetable or animal oil. It is impossible to be allowed to contact with moisture (a stormy chemical reaction will occur, which will increase the injury).

In case of eye burns with acids, alkali, household chemicals, aerosols must be carefully pushing the eyelids and substitute the eye under the cold water stream so that water flows from the nose to the outer corner of the eye, drip 3 - 4 drops of eye drops and give the victim to intake analgesic. It is impossible to use neutralizing fluid.

With eye burns with lime, calcium carbide, potassium permanganate crystals are required to quickly and thoroughly remove particles of a substance from the eye with a cotton swab. It is forbidden to water the eyes and wash with water.

4.3.11. Assistance in poisoning.

In poisoning with gasoline, kerosene, solvents, cleaners (characteristic smell of mouth, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, instability of the gait, in severe cases of consciousness, convulsions) In the absence of consciousness, it is required to put the victim on the stomach, to attach a cold to the head, if there is consciousness - To drink up to 3 liters of cold water, cause vomiting to purify the stomach, to offer the victim to rinse your mouth, give 20 - 30 tablets of activated carbon (with poisoning with gasoline, kerosene, etc.), abundant drinking (2 - 3 liters of sweet tea) . It is impossible to use milk, kefir, vegetable and animal fats that enhance the suction of poison.

In the poisoning of food products, it is necessary to cause the injured artificial vomiting and rinse the stomach, giving it a large amount of (6 glasses) of warm water, tinted by mangartaged potassium, or a weak solution of drinking soda, give a drink 5 activated carbon tablets.

In case of poisoning with acids, it is necessary to thoroughly rinse the stomach with water and give the victim the enveloping agent: milk, raw eggs.

When the injured gases are poisoning, it is necessary to take out of the room on fresh air or arrange in the area of \u200b\u200bdraft, opening the windows and doors.

In all cases of the poisoning of the victim, it is necessary to send to the medical institution.

4.3.12. First aid with electric shocks.

It is impossible to proceed to the provision of prefigure, without freeing the victim from the action of the electric current and without securing its own safety.

When damaged by electric current, observing security measures, stop exposure to the electric flow on the affected (at a voltage of up to 1000 V - turn off the voltage, reset the insulating barbell (dry tok-conductive object) wire from the victim; above 1000 V - wear dielectric gloves, rubber bots or halosh, Take an insulating barbell or insulating ticks, close the wires of 6 - 20 kV spice vials according to the special instruction), without touching the victims of the naked hands, drag it for dry clothes at least 8 meters from the place of touch with a wire of the Earth or from the equipment located Under voltage.

If the victim is on top, then it is released from the current action may cause a drop from height, so it is required to take measures to prevent additional injuries, without delaying the installation and assistance (when it is in the room, if necessary, ensure lighting from another source (including explosive - Association of the room).

When you find and move in the zone "step-in voltage" (within a radius of 8 meters from the place of contact of the electrical wire with the ground), it is required to move in dielectric bots (galoshs) or the "goose step" (the heel of the walking legs, without breaking from the ground, is attached to the sock of another legs). It is impossible to tear legs from the surface of the Earth and take steps exceeding the length of the foot.

After the release of the affected operation of the electric current, depending on its condition, it is necessary to give him first prefigure. The victim should be unbutted with clothes, ensure the influx of fresh air. With the termination of breathing and stopping the heart, the victim need to make artificial respiration and the indirect heart massage until a natural breathing restores or before the arrival of the doctor. After the victim comes into consciousness, it is necessary to put a sterile bandage at the place of electric burn and take measures to eliminate possible mechanical damage (bruises, fractures). The victim from the electrician, regardless of his well-being and lack of complaints, should be sent to the medical institution.

4.3.13. First aid for health-related states.

a) in fainting (the causes of occurrence - lack of oxygen in the air, the fall in blood pressure, the loss of blood, including internal bleeding, pain and mental injuries) must be given a victim to the affected position, unzipped the clothes and belt, ensure the access of fresh air and the elevated position of the lower Limbs, give to inhalation the ammonia alcohol, press on a painful point under his nose or to massate it. If the victim did not come into consciousness within 3 to 4 minutes, it is necessary to turn it on the stomach and attach cold to the head. With pain in the stomach or re-fainting (possibly internal bleeding) it is necessary to put a cold on the stomach (bottle or a bag with cold water or snow). With a hungry faint - give sweet tea and provide peace (it is impossible to feed).

b) with thermal, sunlight (weakness, drowsiness, headache, thirst, nausea, breathing, increase the temperature, loss of consciousness) of the victim must be transferred (translate) to a cool place, attach cold to the head, neck, chest (you can pour out On the chest bucket of cold water). In convulsions - turn the victim to the stomach and press the shoulder belt and head to the floor. With a loss of consciousness of more than 3 - 4 minutes, it is necessary to turn the victim to the stomach.

c) with an epileptic seizure (sudden loss of consciousness with a characteristic scrawl before falling; often extended pupils, cramps, involuntary television, foam allocations from the mouth, involuntary urination, after the attack - short-term memory loss) is required to push the patient from hazardous items and turn on the side, Put under the head soft object.

d) when overcooling is required to cover the victim, to offer a warm sweet drink or food with a large sugar content, quickly deliver to a warm room, indoors - withdraw clothes, lose the body, if possible, put the victim in a bath with water 35 - 40 ° C or set it A large amount of warm heap (plastic bottles), hide the victim by a warm blanket, put warm dry clothes on it and continue to give a warm sweet drink.

e) when frostbite limbs (pale and cold skin, no pulse in wrists and ankles, loss of sensitivity) It is required to deliver the victim to the room with a low temperature, with frostbed limbs, clothes and shoes do not remove, cover damaged limbs from external heat chilled heat insulating bandage with external heat The amount of wool or blankets, clothing and give abundant warm drink, make move, give an anesthetic. It is impossible to rub or lubricate frostate skin with anything, placing frostbite limbs in warm water or laid them.

4.3.14. When insect bite and snakes, it is required to wash the place of bite (when the bee bites - remove the sting safe). When the snake bite, it is necessary to put the victim, to provide him with peace, to impose a bandage to the place of bite (not too tight), with the bite of limbs - be sure to impose a tire and give the limbs to the elevated position, give abundant drinking (sweet or salted water). If the loss of consciousness is required to put the victim on the stomach, turn the head of the side. In the absence of breathing and heartbeat, proceed to resuscitation, prevent cooling and warming the bite space.

4.3.15. In all cases, electric shocks, the production of mechanical injuries, heavy thermal and chemical burns, falling from height, poisoning of poisonous liquids, gases and injuries of the victim's eye should be urgently delivered to the nearest medical institution.

4.4. Fire actions.

4.4.1. The operator in the chipboard when a fire is detected personally or when receiving a message from employees should:

immediately report this in the fireguard by phone to transfer the message to the established procedure (it is necessary to name the place of the emergence of the fire, to inform your last name), on duty at the railway station, to the head of the shift, involved in the requirements of the instructions on fire safety measures (local);

take measures (if possible) to fire extinguishing (except cases of hazardous freights) existing primary fire extinguishing agents, as well as evacuations of people and material values, service documentation.

4.4.2. When using air-foam (powder, carbon dioxide) fire extinguishers, a stream of foam (powder, carbon dioxide) is directed away from people. If the foam (powder, carbon dioxide) gets into unprotected parts of the body, it is necessary to erase it with a handkerchief (cloth) and thoroughly rinse with clean water.

In rooms with inner fire cranes to extinguish the fire, you need to attract two employees: one rolls the sleeve from the crane to the location of the fire, the second command of the rolling sleeve opens a crane.

When steaming the flame sand: Scoop, the shovel should not be raised to the level of the eye to avoid hitting the sand in them.

When sunbathing on a man's clothing, it is necessary to extinguish fire as quickly as possible, but it is impossible to knock down the flame in unprotected hands. Ignorable clothes need to quickly lose, disrupt or repay, pouring water. On a man in burning clothes, you can throw a tight fabric, blanket, tarpaulin, which after the flame elimination must be removed.

4.4.3. If a fire occurs near the contact network, it is necessary to immediately inform the duty officer at the railway station, the head of the shift.

4.4.4. The extinguishing of burning items that are less than 2 m from the contact network are allowed to produce only carbon dioxide and powder fire extinguishers. The extinguishing of burning items with water, chemical, foam or air-foam fire extinguishers is possible only when the voltage is removed from the contact network, after it is grounded in the prescribed manner. When using carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, it is forbidden to be taken behind the fire extinguisher's socket and bring the socket to the contact network closer than 2 m.

When sunbathing a non-voltage electrical equipment up to 1000 V, powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers should be used.

When extinguishing electrical installations, it is necessary to observe the safe distance from the spray nozzle to the current-carrying parts in accordance with the recommendations of the fire extinguisher manufacturer. It is forbidden to take on the fire extinguisher's socket.

The extinguishing of the burning items located at a distance of more than 8 m from the contact network and the power lines of the power stress are allowed by any fire extinguishers without removing the voltage. In this case, it is necessary to ensure that the jet of water or foam does not approach the contact network and other parts that are under voltage, for a distance less than 2 m.

5. Requirements for labor protection at the end of work

5.1. At the end of the work, the operator at DSP should:

put in order your workplace

to dash by the established order to replace the employee;

overalls (when used) remove into the closet;

DS, chipboard, operator with DSSP;

Road Master, Assistant Road Master, Inspector for Control of the State of the Path, Senior Inspector for Control of the Path, Master PVA;

Mechanic with the Central Bank, senior mechanic SCB, a mechanic of instant assistance STP-SCB;

On duty of the shooting post on the park traits;

Machinist instructor.

Machinist if the arrow is remote.

After receiving the order from the DSCP on the transfer of arrow manually, the employee must repeat the received order. If the Kurubel is issued on the block of the post "From the sealing box (and the cooked and storage box are sealed by the SCN seal, the kernel storage box closes on the lock (the key is stored at the DSCP), in addition, the same box stores 4 more castle from the flight bookmarks in the same box), The Rooognik must sign in receiving a journal and the castle in the inspection log (in the journal of the commemoration of the JSC, which draws up DSCP), check whether the arrow from the centralization of the KV button, traffic lights, which enclosing this arrow must be closed. Next, an employee in compliance with all Security measures, goes to the tunnel to the arrow translation (signal vest, lamp, register in the magazine from chipboard, etc.).

Having come to the arrow, the worker gets face to the glands and defines the initution position of the arrow, which point is pressed, which is pressed, on the end part of the drive body, the plus or minus position of the arrow (the arrow indicating "+") is determined. After determining the simultaneous position of the arrow, the arrow employee binds to the DSCP, reports on the initial position of the arrow, and clarifies whether the need to translate the arrow has been preserved.

Immediately before using the jar, we break the seal.

To transfer the arrow, we turn the bolt of the jubble flap, we lower the flap down until it stops, thereby the erosion circuit of the power of the arrow email, we insert the Kurubel in Kurubelnos a hole and twist towards the pressed peculiar to the click + a pair of revolutions.

A sign of the end of the translation of the arrow is the dense adjacent of the sensor to the frame rail. Check it can be a shooting tab.

After translating the arrow, in the direction of the arrow bind to the DSCC1 and we report that the arrow is translated, which point is pressed which arrow is in, in what position the arrow is. And if the arrow did not gain control of the position, the DSCP gives an order for locking the arrow to bookmark and the mounted lock. Then I lock the arrow to bookmark and the lock, and in a tunnel communication we report this DCC (in what position, which point is pressed, which is pressed).

Kurubel must be returned to the block post and sign in Zhu Rnale inspection.

If the Kurubel is taken from the jubble apparatus, then before selecting the jar, it is necessary to report the DSCP on arrival on the arrow, about the initution position of the arrow and the prescribing the confirmation and agreement on the removal of the jar from the device. For the removal of the job from Karubelno, an employee of a shooting connection requests the DSCP issuing a jar. The DSCP with the permission of the DCC fits and presses the closure of the Knock "Blurring of the Cubes" on the remote panel. From pressing this button on the jar, a warning lamp of the milky white color lights up, which indicates that the Kurubel is electrically unlocked and you can withdraw it, and the control lamp of the Kurber blocking lamp goes out onto the remote-tab. The works of Nick turns the Kurubel counterclockwise and the movement takes him. The white light bulb will continue to burn for all the time of the seizure of the jar.

After performing the work, the employee inserts the Kurubel into the hole of the jacket apparatus, turns the Kubble clockwise until it stops. It goes out the warning lamp on the ground vehicle, and on the remote-table it will turn on again. This suggests that Kurubel is again electrically blocked.

Personal security measures when transferring arrow manually.

The arrow must be turned off from the centralization of the KV button, the traffic lights enclosing the arrow must have a prohibitive reading must be dressed red caps. When on the arrow translation, it is forbidden to step on thrust, stewing, electric drives and running rails. It is forbidden to step into the space between the sharp and frame rail.

The centralized arrows should be equipped with arrow bookmarks for pressing the arrow point, each arrow has a bookmark for the left-hander - left, for the right-wing is the right. The normal position of the bookmarks is when they are turned inside to the axis of the path. When the bookmark does not lock the spruce. Bookmarks are painted in red. Pressed stakes must be blocked in the following cases.

* in the absence of arrow control;

* After transferring the arrow to the jerk, if the position of the arrow position does not appear;

* when setting the arrow on the layout,

* When troubleshooting SCB devices

* when placing places obstacle

If the arrow is closed to the bookmark and in this position will be used for a long time, the tab closes also on the mounted lock.

Kurubel is stored on the block post in special. Storage box, drawer is closed on the castle, sealing the SCN seal. If the semicading station's chipboard translates the arrow to the jar (according to the discharge from the tra), the Kurber is noticed ~ in the DSP cabin in the storage box, is closed on the castle, sealing the SHN seal. The jackets stored in these boxes must be sealing (jubile holes), the arrow locks of 4 pieces are also stored in the box. The key to the shooting locks is Kurubel, the arrow locks are stored in the same way on the parksways in separate boxes, 4 inside, the box is closed. 3 castles are on the PVS path, SCB. Knocks are stored as in the jar, blocked. The location of the jesters, the shooting pads indicated in TR, section number 1.

Ticket number 6.

Question 1.

Requirements for train schedule.

The basis of the organization of the movement of trains is the GDP, which combines the work of all subdivisions of the metro.

GDP must provide:

1. Implementation of the passenger transport plan. (This requirement is performed by the dimensions of the movement, i.e. the number of trains for every hour. The more passengers, the more trains and the opposite).

2. Train safety (the number of trains on the chart should not exceed the bandwidth of the line of line).

3. Compliance with the established duration of the continuous operation of locomotive brigades, taking into account the graph of the turnover of rolling stock.

Question 2.

Arrower translation. Purpose. Elements. Marks Cross. The concept of a pass and antisosher movement. The speed of movement in directions.

Arrogant translations serve to permutate the composition from one path to another.

The shooter consists of three main parts:

Arrows;

Cross-node;

Connecting paths connecting the arrow with a cross.

The arrow consists of: of two frame rails, two steps and the transferable mechanism.

The cross-line assembly consists of: from a core, two mustache, two counter-rubrels.

Connecting paths are straight and curved.

On the main ways, station tracts, on the connecting branches are laid down the arrow transfers with the brand of the cross-stroke not cooler 1/9 (curvilinear connecting pathways have a radius of 200 m), the speed of movement by such arrow translations:

On the direct path - the most installed as possible;

On the rejected path of no more than 35 km / h.

On parking and other ways, the arrow transfers with the brand of cross-plane are not cooler 1/5 (curvilinear connecting pathways have a radius of 60 m), the speed of movement on such arrow translations is no more than 15 km / h.

If the movement is made from the pests to the cross - this is a leading movement.

If the movement from the crossbar to the pests is a guide movement.

Question 3.

The main responsibilities of the operator during duty.

1. Take on the train dispatching and record in the journal dispatch orders, an order for receiving duty by the train dispatcher.

2. To report on the train-dispatch communication of the DCC about the intercession on the duty of the DSEP, the chief of the station, the operator and on finding the head of the station at the station.

3. After receiving the order, immediately present it to familiarize yourself with the DSSP and the chipboard.

4. During the duty, to observe the remote-board for the position of the shooter, the testimony of repeating traffic lights, behind the approach, arrival, departure and deleting trains, behind maneuver movements, as well as the testimony of other control devices on the panel of the board.

5. To register arrival time, departure, trains before the production of maneuvers in the desktop magazine.

6. On all the deviations of trains from the schedule, as well as in case of violation of the normal operation of instruments and devices, including communication devices do not slowly report the DSCP, DCC and the station to the station.

7. Comply with the regulations of negotiations with DCC and switch the lighting route in a timely manner.

8. To make the necessary records in the forms of primary documentation. All entries to produce ink or ball handle black or blue. Records are performed clearly, clearly and in compliance with the chronological sequence. When an error is notified, it is not properly written to the text to cross one feature and make the mark "crushed not read" in the fields, assuring her with my signature.

9. In the case of the production need during the period of the temporary absence of a chipboard of P / O or DPE, the operator can be attracted to work on the platform or at the bottom site, the escalator coming down, but only in the presence of qualifications at the specified profession.

10. If you need to go to manual control of centralized arrows, the operator by order of the DSCP produces the preparation of routes by transferring the arrows to Kurblem and lock the arrows to the bookmark and the lock followed by the DSCP report. (If there is no control of the position of the shooter, all reports are transmitted to DCH on a tunnel or dispatch communication).

11. At the direction of the DSCP operator:

Celebrates train tickets on trains and presents them to machinists;
