5. 8. The implementation of activities stipulated by transport security plans when changing the level of safety of OJSC Russian Railways (hereinafter referred to as planning measures), in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated February 8, 2011 N 43 must be completed on the following time from the date of receipt Messages or decisions to change the level of safety:
