1. 1. Regulations on metrological services or other organizational structures to ensure the unity of measurements of federal executive bodies, as well as enterprises, organizations, institutions that are legal entities (hereinafter referred to as metrological services) are developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On ensuring the unity of measurements "And other regulatory acts.

2. The creation of metrological services is mandatory when state metrological control and supervision apply to:

health care, veterinary, environmental protection, labor safety;

banking, tax, customs and postal operations;
