4. 6. The petition is initiated at the place of main work (service) of the person submitted to awarding the Certificate of Honor, and is submitted to the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Minister).

e) non-compliance with the established procedure for approving documents on awarding certificate.

15. Awarding the diploma is issued by the Order of the Ministry.

16. Re-award is not made by diploma.

17. The presentation of the certificate is made in a solemn atmosphere no later than 6 months from the date of publication of the order of the Ministry on awarding the Certificate of Honor.

18. Persons awarded the Certificate of Certificate, an entry about awarding the Certificate of Honor in labor book.

19. Duplicates of the Certificate of Honor and the Breasting Sign to it in return are not issued.

1. The medal "For the contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia" (hereinafter - the medal) is a departmental award of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Ministry) and is represented by two species: gold and silver.

2. Awarding a medal is made for many years of impeccable work, exemplary performance of official duties, professional skills and a specific contribution to the solution of tasks in the field of agriculture, fishing, training, scientific and other activities aimed at improving agricultural production, for achieving high production Economic indicators, the introduction of progressive technologies and working methods.

3. The medal is awarded:

4. Awarding a medal can be dedicated to a professional holiday, anniversary dates (50 years and every next 10 years since the birth).

5. The medal presented to award should have experience in the relevant industry of the agro-industrial complex at least fifteen years and should be previously awarded the title "Honorary Worker of the Agricultural System of Russia", after the assignment, which took at least three years.

6. The petition is initiated at the place of main work (service) of the person submitted to awarding the medal, and is submitted to the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as-minister).

7. In the case of the person of entrepreneurial activity without the formation of a legal entity, the petition is initiated by a representative body of the municipality, in whose territory this activity is carried out.

8. To the request for awarding a medal is made in the prescribed basis for the awarding of the candidate (hereinafter referred to as the presentation), compiled in accordance with Appendix N 1 to this Regulation. The petition is also made by the written consent of the person on the processing of personal data contained in the awarding documents by the medal in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the written consent of the person for conducting test activities.

9. Decision on awarding the medal is made by the Minister on the basis of a request for awarding with the application of the documents specified in paragraph 8 of this Regulation.

10. The petition is excited:

14. The medal "For the contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia" has a circle shape with a diameter of 32 mm with a convex side on both sides.

At the bottom - a relief image of a laurel half fellow.

The gold medal is made of yellow metal, silver medal - made of white metal.

Medal by means of the tab and the ring connected with quadrangular block, covered with silk moire ribbon of green color with red stripe middle framed narrow strips of gold thread.

The shoe has a mount in the form of a pin.

The width of the tape is 24 mm, the width of the gold strips is 3 mm, red - 6 mm.

About the title "Honorary Worker of the Agro-industrial
Complex of Russia "

1. The title "Honorary Worker of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia" (hereinafter referred to as the honorary worker) is a departmental award of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry).

2. Assignment of the title Honorary Worker is made for merits in the field of agriculture, fisheries and a great contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex, training, scientific and other activities aimed at improving the efficiency of agricultural production.

3. The title Honorary Worker is assigned:

a) persons employed in the field of agriculture, fisheries, science and education in the established field of activities of the Ministry;

b) persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation, the Federal State Civil servant of the Ministry (hereinafter - civil servants of the ministries), the Federal State Civil servant subordinated to the Ministry of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (hereinafter - the Federal Service, civil servants of the Federal Service), its territorial The bodies subordinate to the Ministry of the Federal Agency for Fisheries (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Agency, civil servants of the Federal Agency), its territorial bodies, employees of the Federal Agency, the Federal Service, employees of the subordinate to the Ministry, the Federal Service, the Federal Agency of the Organizations established by the Russian Federation on the basis of federal laws, organizations created to fulfill the tasks set by the Ministry, the Federal Service, the Federal Agency, the Federal State Civil servant of other federal of government agencies, their employees, employees of the subordinate to the federal state authorities of organizations;

4. Assigning the title The honorary worker can be timed to the professional holiday, anniversary dates (50 years and every next 10 years since the birth).

5. The Honored Worker of the Person submitted to the assignment of the title must have experience in the agro-industrial complex at least ten years, at the time of submission to work in the relevant industry, and must also be previously awarded thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, after the announcement of which took at least three years .

6. The petition is initiated at the place of main work (service) of the person submitted to the assignment of the title of the honorary worker, and is submitted to the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Minister).

9. Decision on the assignment of the title The honorable employee is made by the Minister on the basis of a request for awarding with the application of the documents specified in paragraph 8 of this Regulation.

10. The petition is excited:

the person authorized by the representative of the employer - in relation to persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation;

head of the federal public authority - for federal civil servants, employees of federal government agencies and their subordinate organizations;

first Deputy Minister - in relation to Deputy Ministers, Head of the Federal Service, Deputy Minister - Head of the Federal Agency, their deputies, assistants (advisers) of the Minister;

supervising the structural division of the Ministry of the Deputy Minister - in relation to the heads of the ministry's structural divisions;

the head of the Federal Service - in relation to civil servants of the Federal Service, its territorial bodies and its subordinate organizations;

deputy Minister - Head of the Federal Agency - with respect to civil servants of the Federal Agency, its territorial bodies and its subordinate organizations;

the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation - in relation to persons replacing the subject of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, state civil servants of the subject of the Russian Federation, employees of the state bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation and its subordinate organizations, as well as in relation to persons replacing municipal positions, municipal employees, workers Local governments and its subordinate organizations, employees of the agro-industrial complex of the subject of the Russian Federation.

11. By decision of the Minister to persons specified in paragraph 3 of these Regulations, the title of an honorary worker may be assigned without taking into account the requirements of paragraph 5 of this Regulation.

12. The petition is drawn up in arbitrary form.

13. Organization for the consideration of the documents referred to in paragraph 8 of these Regulations, the preparation of draft orders of the Ministry of conferring the title of Honored Worker, design the title of Honorary Worker of its issuance and accounting awarded by the Department of Civil Service, training and combating corruption.

15. Decision on the assignment of the title The honorable worker is issued by the order of the Ministry.

17. In the work book and a private matter of the award the relevant record is conferring the title of Honorary Worker.

18. The badge worn on the right side of the chest and is below the state awards of the Russian Federation.

19. Re-assignment of the title The honorable worker is not produced. Duplicate of the breastplate instead of the lost is not issued.
