What is the size of this type of help?

Starting January 1, 2018, a new procedure for annual increase in the amount of payment is operating in the Russian Federation. It is indexed from February 1 to that coefficient that is established by the government, while the inflation rate for the previous year is taken into account. This change occurs annually. In 2018, such a coefficient is 1.025. The indicator was determined according to Rosstat.

If in 2017 the amount of the benefit was equal to 16,350, 33 rubles, it is not difficult to calculate the amount of payment for the current year. Who are payments?

There are two main groups of persons who are given this payment. The first, these are those who have a benefit in the form of compulsory social insurance in case the employee becomes temporarily disabled, or in connection with the motherhood. First group

Who pays benefits?

Every woman knowing his right to receive money is asked where to get a one-time allowance at the birth of a child? There are several options, consider each of them.

  1. If one of the parents undergo service under the contract or is simply employed, and the second parent does not have official employment, then the decision to pay money is made at the work of an employed parent.
  2. If parents did not register a marriage or divorced, then the allowance is paid to whom the baby stays with. The manual is appointed either also at work, or in social service.

Working citizens of payment is implemented at the expense of the FSS, and non-working - from the budget, which is formed at the federal level. There are also such enterprises that do not participate in social insurance, then the payment occurs at the expense of the employer.   2. Document on the birth of a child from the registry office (certificate in form 24). It can be obtained at the moment of registration of the child.
